My Sweet Babies..oh how they grow so fast!

TGIF!!

Well TGIF!! I am so ready for the weekend. I feel like I have been working myself to death this week! I had ladies night at my house this week. It was nice getting with the girls but I am tired from all the preparation. It seems when I have something big to do and get stressed out the babies can sense it. Emma was crying because she wanted to watch the little mermaid but kept putting in the bonus features disk and couldn't figure out why Ariel wasn't coming on the tv but she wouldn't let me put in the actual movie because Flounder was on the bonus disk and that is why she wanted to watch it. Looking back I have to just laugh about it. Hagan my normally laid back easy going child decided he wanted to be held all day yesterday while I am trying to cook and clean. Needless to say I crashed last night when everyone left. Daddy, Emma, Jud and Cadon went to Chucky Cheese last night and had a big time. I think Emma was on a Chucky Cheese high when she got home.

The kiddos are doing great. We went wednesday and got Hagan's 3 month pictures done. I was extremely happy with what I have seen so far. Rachel put some pictures from the session on her blog at www.rayelawphotography.com. Well I'm signing off for now and I am going to go enjoy me a cup of coffee. I'm sure I'll have pictures from the weekend to put up. No plans right now for the weekend. Hopefully it will be a beautiful weekend and we can play outside. Talk to you all soon!!

Easter Sunday

We have had a bitter-sweet Easter Sunday. We are sad that we can't be with our loved ones but we have had a fun weekend getting ready for Easter. I am attaching some pictures of making Easter cookies, dying eggs, hunting eggs, our Easter day picture and goofing around outside. Cadon and Emma had fun dying eggs and hunting them. Hagan of course slept through the whole event. Hope everyone had a wonderful Easter!!

Easter Pics

Well, I have been busy updating the blog all weekend with new pictures. We have been busy since Jason's parents were in town. We were able to take lots of pictures. We went yesterday to a place called Bedford's to get their easter pictures done. It wasn't very professional like I would've hoped but no one around here does easter pictures like back home. I am attaching some pictures from the session. Emma absolutely loved the bunnies!! She didn't want to put them down! We had to bribe her with a sucker to get her to leave. We are going to see the easter bunny today if the weather gets any better here. Hope you all are doing well!

Makin' Biscuits

Jason's grandad gave us a wonderful and treasured gift for Christmas. He made all the women, including the little girls, rolling pins. Here are some pictures of Emma enjoying the rolling pin "Dad" made her. We are blessed with such wonderful great-grandparents! I thought these pictures were so cute!

Snow Day

Well, it snowed about 6 inches between yesterday and today and our yard is now covered in a beautiful white blanket of snow. Emma is just amazed by it and we are going to go play in it if the sun doesn't melt it by this afternoon.

Nothing much is new with us these days. We have been working around the house decorating and I can finally see the finish line ahead!! Emma has a lock-in at school tonight from 6-10. They are going to watch movies and eat pizza. Mommy and Daddy are really excited about this because we are going to have a date night at home...a much needed date night! We can finally watch a whole movie without having to hit pause multiple times!!

Hagan is still doing great! He is growing so fast and is still the most good natured baby I have ever seen. He hardly ever fusses and when he does it is usually because he wants food right then! He is a great sleeper. He slept till 7:45 this morning. It is crazy...Emma goes to bed after Hagan but it up way before him! Emma has the highest curiosity for life you have ever seen! She is constantly on the go or into something.

We are truely blessed to have such fun and wonderful children. Every day with them is a blessing from God. Being parents is truely rewarding...the other day Emma climbed up in my lap and said "Mommy give me a hug. I love you!" Those are the days that make the hard ones worth every minute! I will try and keep posting at least once a week if not more. We miss all of you and hope to see you soon!
