Strawberry Festival

I know I have been so bad at blogging lately. We stay so busy and with me working full time now it is hard to find time for much extra these days. A few updates....Emma is graduating from pre-k and will start kindergarden in the fall, Hagan is now fully potty trained (YAY!!!), and we are expecting our 3rd baby (it's a boy). Yes, we have lots going on but it's so much fun. A little hectic and crazy but fun nonetheless. We took the kids to Washington Farms today for the Strawberry festival. The kids had so much fun and we picked Strawberries afterwards. Tonight we are heading downtown for the Twilight Criterian, bike race. It's been nice having a weekend at home and we are loving the warmer weather!

Hagan's 3rd Birthday

Can you believe it? Yes, my baby is 3!!! My sweet little Hagan is no longer a baby. He loves anything Cars related, trains, tractors or trucks. The years seem to fly by....wish I could keep them little. Hagan's 3rd birthday party was so much fun!! He had a blast. This was the first real party we had with his friends so he was so excited. We had it at Pump it Up and the kids had a blast.

Nutcraker Performance

Emma had her Nutcracker performance on the 3rd of December. She was a Sugarplum Fairy and may I add the most precious Sugarplum Fairy you've ever seen! She did so great and was so proud! We are so proud of our sweet little girl! Hagan is turning 3 tomorrow. Where does the time go?? I'm sure I'll have lots of pics to post after his birthday party this weekend.

Disney World

Disney was such a blast! The kids had an amazing time and are still talking about it. The kids loved the Not So Scary Halloween Party. We visited Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Typhoon Lagoon, Hollywood Studios, and Epcot. I think it was as much fun for us as it was for them. Hope you enjoy the pics!!

Good times...Even Greater Friends

We are so excited to be in Athens this year especially for football season but there are still things we miss about Arkansas. Mainly our great friends we made while we were there. Our best friends from Arkansas came in to spend the weekend with us and go to the game. FYI-they are UGA fans NOT AR!! We have missed them so much and it was so great to spend some time with them and let the kids play. We lost the game but we still had an awesome weekend. Anytime you pair Last Resort, UGA football and best friends together it's going to be a great time!!! Thank you Jud and Kathryn for taking the time to come hang out with us. We miss you guys!!! :)

Emma's 5th Birthday

Can you believe it??? Emma is 5 years old! Where in the world does the time go? I'm sitting here thinking about the day that she came into our lives. We had no idea what we were in for! She is the most alive, smart, colorful, independant, sassy, and wonderful thing. She has turned our lives completely upside down. We wouldn't have near the laughter without her. She is so excited to be 5. She told me yesterday that she couldn't do something because she was 5 now. I am going to use this new mentality to my advantage!! I told her now that she was 5 and such a big girl there would be no more sneaking into our room at night, Lets hope this works!! Our gift to Emma is a trip to Disney. We are heading out the end of October and we can hardly wait! She has been asking for this for 2 years now. We are finally giving in because Hagan is at such a great age to enjoy it as well.

Playing catch up....

What a crazy few weeks it has been!!! The kids have started school and we have so much going on so I feel like I haven't really had a chance to catch up on everything. Emma loves her new school! They had the offensive line for UGA come do a big tailgate with them the friday before the first game. I took Hagan and they had a blast meeting the football players. They got their shirts signed and took pictures with the players. We rounded up our summer at the lake Labor Day Weekend. The kids had a blast. Hagan even tried kneeboarding. We sure are going to miss the lake as the weather gets colder. Emma is now 5 years old! This is something she is very proud of!! She thinks she is a big girl now. I'll post her birthday pics in a separate post. Now on to some Georgia Football. We are so excited to be back in Athens for this season. Our good friends from Arkansas are coming up tomorrow for the game and we can't wait to hang out with them!!!
